A Starry Picnic

It's Winter so it gets Dark early... you know what that's good for!? Stars!!!
We sometimes forget kids go to bed early and so unless you get them outside during winter they don't get to see the stars!!! Rug up, bring the whole family out and have a picnic whilst star gazing.

Step-by-Step Guide to "A Starry Picnic"

  1. Keep it Simple: Especially if you have kids. Remember its midweek and you don't need much. Warm clothes, a blanket, a rug and some food...... (And wine...).
  2. Choose the day: Is there a day you are already out? Sport training days for example? Check the weather ahead of time and make sure its a clear night
  3. Choose the location: This could be anywhere from parks to beaches or even just your backyard!!
  4. Food and Wine Selection: Make something simple or even better get takeaway - Sushi, Cheese, Chardonnay. Done!
  5. Unplug and Unwind: Your out of the house so you don't have the distractions of home. Connect and use it as a teaching moment if you have kids.. Where's the Southern Cross!?

Surprise the family with a park picnic and watch the thrill everyone gets from breaking up the mid week routine.

Life is a sting of moments. Create them together!
