Shipping & Returns

Processing Time:

All shipment requests are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

For every set of 6 bottles purchased, you'll earn a shipping credit, valid for a single delivery of up to 12 bottles, anywhere in Australia. If no shipping credits are available, the following costs will apply for any shipment up to 12 bottles:

- Express Post: Estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days, priced at $18.

- Regular: Estimated delivery time of 3-8 business days, priced at $14.

Please note that we do not offer local pickup or ship to PO Boxes.

 

International Shipping:

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Order Status:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tuesdaycellarco.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

While we do not accept returns for change of mind, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as damage, loss in transit, or theft, Tuesday Cellar Co will replace the affected items or provide a refund if a replacement bottle is unavailable. Please contact us at info@tuesdaycellarco.com in such circumstances.
