Welcome to another chapter in the Tuesday Cellar Co storybook, where we toast to the Briar Ridge Vineyard—the gem nestled in the heart of Hunter Valley's Mount View.  Founded back in 1972 by Murray Robson under the name Squire Vineyard, it's so much more than just a vineyard—it's a keeper of stories.
 
There is nothing more iconic to the Hunter Valley than Semillon. It is arguably the best region in the world for this grape. 
 
The Dairy Hill Semillon was recently added to the top 100 wines in Australia!
 
We told you there is always a story well here it is:
The year was 1987 when John Davis walked into this tale. Seeing not merely soil but soul embedded in that land. His legacy didn't stop there; his daughter Jaclyn has since carried the torch, transforming Briar Ridge into a warm hearth for community and inclusivity.

Now, imagine holding in your hand our 2023 Single Vineyard Dairy Hill Semillon. Picture each sip as an exploration. You are going to get vibrant lime and apple notes with a bit of mineral smoke. But how will that change over time!? I guess you will have to wait and see ;)
