This wine is crafted with whole-berry fermentation and has fine, powdery tannins in the base wine. With just 21g/l of sweetness, it sits on the drier side. It offers a complex bouquet of spice, pepper, and leather. The shiraz really shines through, with its tannins adding to the wine's charm.

It’s a deep, dark red with a hint of purple still hanging on. The aroma is bold and earthy, with notes of ironstone, black licorice, and freshly turned soil. Those same flavours pop up in the taste, alongside rich blackberry, subtle earthy notes, licorice, and mixed spices. There’s a bit of VA (volatile acidity), but it doesn’t bother us at all. It’s full-bodied, powerful and in its drinking window right now! The tannins and sweetness are perfectly balanced, making it a stunning drop.
