Enough oomph for a white wine to pair with Turkey but subtle enough to go incredibly well with Smoked Salmon, Prawns and the Soft Cheeses we know you are getting stuck into!

2 x UMAMU Estate Cabernet Franc 2016 - A bit of a special one here. Aged for nearly 10 years and no not a Cab Sav it's it's lighter more subtle Cab Franc. So if it's cold meats and Turkey this year then this is your friend. Ligh enough to go well with any Cheese but strong enough to pair with Beef or Lamb! You could even slightly cool this if the weather is a bit hot!

2 x Vineyard Road 'Estate' Shiraz 2016 - We all know there comes a point where you want to sit on something bigger and bolder. Its the evening wine. The one you savour. Open it up an hour before you drink it and let this take you on a journey! Almost 10 years aged and drinking incredibly! Pair with Cheese, Meats, BBQ, or just by itself.
